Normally 2 to 3 days from the end of the manufacturing process for shipping to Spain Peninsula. If it has printing, recording, and/or is a handmade product (cushions, canvases and more) the time can be extended by 1-2 more days. At Christmas time, the delivery time can be extended for orders, so we recommend placing your orders in advance. The term always counts from when we receive confirmation from the customer that their order is ready for manufacturing. How much are the discount codes? Depending on the product and the amount you have in the cart, certain percentages will be applied automatically. Cash on delivery payments are not accepted. Where do the products come from and what quality do they have? Our products are 100% quality products and come from Spain. How do I know that my custom item will turn out well if I don't have a vision of how it will end up? When we receive your order, we proceed to its elaboration through a sketch that will be sent to you via watshapp or e-mail so that you can see how your article looks. If you wish to make any changes, you have a period of 24 hours for us to make the changes you tell us. Otherwise, we do not carry out the order. As soon as you give us the OK, it will proceed to its manufacture and once it is launched there is no possibility of cancellation. In case you want it to be canceled, this entails a cost of €3.50 that must be paid via paypal, since it forces us to remove the product to be made from the production line, which entails a delay in other orders that are in progress. I want to return an order, how do I do it? Are you not satisfied with your order? Do you want to return it to us? No problem! You have 48 hours from receipt to return it. If so, let us know. 3.- If it's because you don't like them or finally they don't work for you, *you will have to take care of the shipping from your home to our facilities in Pontevedra. We will provide you via e-mail or whatsapp, the address where you have to send them back, and you can send them as you see fit (post, courier...).
